the hotel's location is central. it made walking to various attractions very easy. the breakfast had a wide array of choices and excellent food. the staff was attentive and friendly during breakfast service.
i noticed slight noise from nearby restaurants in my room.

the hotel is near main historical locations and within walking distance of the bazaar. it allowed easy access to many sites and public transport is only one minute away. this made exploring convenient.

My room was small and dark. I expected more space considering the price I paid. A window faced a brick wall, so there was little natural light. I also found some hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. It just gave me a feeling of being unclean.

The staff was helpful and attentive. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants near GalataPort. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped (the minibar was especially cute). The guest relations staff helped me to select great restaurants.
The air conditioning did not seem to work properly. I felt warm in my room . This affected my comfort level to a certain extent.

I found the staff always helpful and kind. The suites located on the fifth floor provided ample space and needed quiet. Beds ensured restful nights and aligned perfectly with the advertised standards. I liked the easy access to main attractions.
The airport transportation wasn't ideal. Waiting time impacted initial impression.

The location was indeed a highlight for me. I walked to many major attractions easily. I also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and the available omelettes at breakfast. Access from the airport was convenient. A single metro change took me to Sirkeci station, a short walk from the premises.
The bathroom felt dated. It did not warrant the cost of my stay. The rooms need some care.
